Dad phoned during the week, and didn't think I'd been doing any scrapbooking of late, as there were no photos on my blog. So here you go Dad, a few of the layouts I've been busy doing. Hoping after camp at the end of this week, that there will be a few more.
Our old neighbours from Auckland have sold there house (took all of three days!) and Chrissy and Katie (their three year old) are down here this weekend with strict instructions to buy a new house. The choice is now narrowed down to three, so we are off to Amberley today, torches, tape measures etc in hand, to check all three out and give our valued opinions lol. Apparently we have to sell our house now and shift to Amberley so we can be neighbours again lol. We are all really looking forward to having them shift back down (they used to live down this way - but have been in Auckland for the last three years).
With camp rapidly sneaking up on me, once I've dropped them off to the airport tomorrow, I'd best get some page kits etc etc organised. And then I'm working for a couple of days and before you know it, the end of the week will be here. Totally looking forward to spending the weekend with a great bunch of girls. Hoping most of them enjoy a tipple rather than rolling drunk lol - I rather like my sleep and one drink is pretty much my limit nowadays, and that lasts me a couple of hours. Mind you ain't none of us teenagers anymore lol. Sad but true. Hmm hoping that makes a difference lol.
With Darcy having a soreish leg we've done walks round the paddock instead of the madness of the dog park or beach this week. And Tui has decided to join us. Got to say it's just a bit cute when you go for a walk with two dogs and a cat. The photo of the sunset is through our neighbours trees - I took the camera on one of the evening wanders with the mob, and just thought it was a bit to gorgeous not to capture. Darcy is back to the vet on Tuesday to check on how the leg is, so here's hoping she gets the all clear.
I had BRILLIANT service this week. I wanted a couple of quotes for the walls. On the net I found a place which did them, and for a very reasonable cost. Well the lady who runs it was awesome. Excellent communication, great product and very quick service. If you're ever in the need for this product (and can't be bothered buying the vinyl and doing it on your cricut!!) then check out www.wordgems.co.nz
Have a fabulous week.

Very nice LOs - liking the first a lot. Good that your Dad is there to keep a check on your blog!
Ah yes ... it's good to see some scrappy evidence ... makes me all inspired to get scrapping myself. I'm sure this week will go very fast and you'll be at camp scrapping your heart out before you know it ... will look forward to seeing the results. Word art ... cool ... so what are the actual quotes you've got for the walls?
Enjoy your retreat. Wow, so did you find a house for your friends to buy? I am with Bev what words, quote did you get and where are you going to put them? Gotta love fab service. Love the sunset photo.
Wow, what a beautiful evening photo, you really should start making cards out of them and perhaps sell them on Etsy!
Poor Darcy looks very sorry for herself, glad she's found something to cuddle up to - give you a break to get on with your scrapping.
Lovely that you have a neighbour moving down south...you'll have to stay now lol!
Enjoy camp!
