When I go on a scrap camp, I never get anything finished. I'm a real 'keep adding' kind of a scrapper, and have learnt that if I take everything with me, then it's a long time to unpack ;-) Instead I don't take much anymore, get the basics done and come home and continue to play. As such, Miss Beverley, I will be putting up my layouts on here...but I will be drip feeding them on lol. The first two are here:
Thanks to my twinnie, whom I pinched the sketch for the firs layout from!
I'm also working on a very special project from camp. Megan Gourlay put together a kit and I was lucky enough to buy the one spare kit. I'm making something for a man in my life's birthday, and it's off the page (and you know I don't 'do' off the page ;-) so can't say anymore than that lol. That Megan is a very talented and clever woman.
Some days our house is a bit of a circus, when you have a few animals and they are a bit nuts, then it's not hard to get a photo that's 'funny'.
Those same dogs love a kill any soft toys that can be found. Lucky for us we buy them for fifty cents each at the local Salvation Army store. Here are my 'before and after' shots.
I'm not a huge lover of ice cream. Last year Dad introduced us to frozen yoghurt ice cream. We ate one tub last year. We've brought another tub this year. Because Lyall doesn't like it, Donna and I have the very odd bit of it - it should last us a long time. Where as he goes through a tub of ice cream each week lol. So here is my photo for the prompt 'delcious'.
I can't go out of the house if the bench isn't clear and the beds aren't made. Mum always said that a house looks clean if the dishes are done and the beds are made, and that's stuck LOL. So here is my 'kitchen sink'.
An 'animal'. Meet Charlie. Charile is a rooster. He's our natural alarm clock as he crows at ten to seven each morning. What he doesn't know is that we get up an hour earlier than that. Hmmm he should be right on the ball next weekend when daylight savings ends!
Last one for the week is 'breakfast'. No I don't eat this everyday. Kind of would like to lol. One of my all time favourite Sunday morning breakfasts is a toasted bagel, with cream cheese and tomatoes off our tomato vines - especially if they are slightly warmed by the sun.
Have a great week everyone.

Marching along...
Firstly, let me apologise to you if you have a Wordpress blog. I've joined the ranks of those who can no longer comment on them due to the whole signing in business. I'm still reading your blog, but am unable to leave comments.
I've returned from a lovely weekend away, meeting some lovely new people, and catching up with some that I just don't get to see too often. There was much humour, sharing, creating and snoring going on...
Here's Vick, Sally, Iemke, and me...Such great table mates and now new friends.
Here are my March photos.
A 'sign'. During the week I drive down to Cust and give the dogs a run at the domain. I love having a spot where the dogs can run free, it's away from the road, there's trees and wide open spaces.
A 'fork'. Hmm here's a fork! ;-)
'Sunglasses' - my girl is such a good girl, she lets me do anything, even if it's lying on the couch wearing sunglasses when all she wants to do is have a sleep!
'Clouds' - at Sunset.
'A corner of my home'. Well an actual corner wouldn't be the least bit intersting, just a bit of wall...so instead here's a common occurence in our house. We get up and get ready for work, and Archie jumps into the spot where we were sleeping because it's all nice and warm.
'Car' - here's our 4wd.
'Green' - the view from camp - lots of different shades of green.
Have a great week everyone.

March photos.
Something red - when we went on our cruise last year I choose a few perfumes from good old duty free. This is the last one. Must be time for another cruise LOL.
The view from our lounge room window. Complete with dog!
Five o'clock at our house - that means dogs dinner time.
My very well worn and well loved shoes. Nearly time for an update I think.
Something loud. The Holden. Enough said.
A smile, a cheeky smile, a cheeky smile from a cheeky husband.
Okay, so I didn't take this photo today. But I will talk to this man today. That's my Dad, and every Sunday night he phones for a yak!
Have a fantastic week.

March.
Nic Howard has a list on her blog which is a challenge for a photo a day for March. It's been a long time since I did something like this, just for the fun of it, so have jumped on the bandwagon. However since I don't go online everyday, I'm throwing a weeks worth on my blog each Sunday. This week the are:
Thursday the 1st of March was 'up'. So I went outside, pointed the lense up, and snapped lol. You can see the inclement weather was on it's way...
Friday the 2nd of March - was 'fruit'. All along our street we have wild apple trees growing. So the camera and I went for a wander and here's the rresult.
Saturday the 3rd of March - 'your neighbourhood'. I live out in the country, my neighbourhood is hills, mountains, paddocks, animals and the odd farm building.
Sunday the 4th of March - 'Bedside'. We've pretty much spent our lives in places that don't have street light, so we've always kept a torch beside our beds. With the current seismic activity, this comes in extra handy as the power may well go out. And there are always books beside my bed (unless visitors are coming and then I hide them in a drawer so it looks tidy LOL).
Have a wonderful week everyone.
