Tui exploring the new kitchen, yep she's a cat allright. If there's something to be explored then best she check it out!
The two photos at the beach...remember that storm we had a few weeks ago? The same day I was down at Waikato Crop. Finally I've downloaded Lyall's camera, and he had a few of these shots on there. Bit rough wasn't it!
Yesterday we had to take Milo to the vet to get his ears rechecked and just by the vets is a hill. We took him for a run before going into the vet clinic and so stopped to take a few photos. Where you can see the boats is the marina over at Beachlands - Pine Harbour Marina, just to the left you can see the houses that is the township of Beachalnds.
Kitchen news...Lyall went to start on tiling the kitchen on Friday night and low and behold the benches weren't put in exactly opposite each other, there is a 25mm difference. Doesn't sound much but makes a big difference to how the tiles would look. So we've been into see the kitchen company and they are back tommorrow morning to shift the unit 25mm...and then the plumber and electrician will have to come back...
I did do a layout this weekend but aren't that rapt with it, so into an album it goes. Honduras isn't going to make it too the Olympics this time around...weather related problems. It was far too nice for me to be inside scrapbooking when I could finally get into the garden and weed the ten foot high jungle back down to something more manageable!! And mow the lawns. And get the car a warrant. And buy a new handbag. And see Dad for Father's day!
Have a good week all!

Love the shot of Tui exploring the new kitchen and as for the new kitchen at least the kitchen place will be coming back to remedy that. I hear you on the weather though, and it must have felt good to attack the jungle. I Hope Milo is okay. Have a great week.
wow love the photos - especially the wave ones.... so stormy... as for weather I'm with you on needing to get outside when it is sunny.... who knows when it will return!!!! have a good week..
Wow, those stormy beach photos are quite something!!!
I hope Milo will be okay.
Thats a great spot for Tui - must be warm up there too! Great photos and must have been the day for the garden because Andrew has been out there all day while I scrapped!
Cool shot of Tui!
So did you find a new handbag?
That's a shame Trace; I'll miss your layout this week at the Olympics. I still have to finish mine, yet here I am, procrastinating and blog hopping!! lol. Glad you got out and enjoyed the weather this weekend.
Tui looks just like my cat Pepsi - so much so that my daughter just looked over my shoulder and asked "is that Pepsi?"LOL!
Wow - amazing photos of the storm!!
Sorry you're not going to make it to the olympics - I've not long finished my layout, and it was not as simple as it sounded sticking to only 10 elements! am now really interested to see what everyone has come up with!
It always amuses me how cats have to be "King of the Castle", always find the highest spot to sit, lol.
What a bummer re. your kitchen. Though good you are getting it sorted quickly. Things have to be plumb to look right.
Great photos of the stormy. Very stormy here today again too.
