I helped a friend shift house out in Waiuku (that's not far from Tanya and Alison), about an hour and a half away from us, South West. When we were there, we found she needed a few things from Mitre ten, so off Lyall and I shot. We pull into the carpark and what did I spot but a scrapbooking shop...bye honey LOL! Really we were both in our element, him in the hardware shop me in a scrapbooking shop.
This is a newish shop, with a lovley friendly owner, who has just started a blog. On her last post she is putting people who comment in the draw for a RAK and I thought this might be a two way thing here...if you guys want to check it out you'll go into the draw, and she might get a new customer or at least a few more visitors from it!
I really enjoyed visiting the shop. It was spacious with excellent lighting (so important) and super friendly. Lots of great stock, so in a couple of weeks am planning on going back out for a visit, as it's market day in Waiuku as well - just waiting to hear whether Lyall is working or not - if he is I won't be going, but if he isn't then I will be. Here's hoping he isn't.
So here's the link to Craftee Creations - if you get time please pop in and say hello.

I really need to pop over there to have a look in that shop one day. mum told me about it and I remember when you posted about it on your blog.....but for now with the cost of petrol I need to wait to make the trip worth while. Will goand check out their blog for now
Haven't been to Waiuku for years and years. Thanks, Trace, you're just given me an idea to go there next time we head north.
Looking forward to meeting you Tracy :) Love your circle LOs.
Yay a new scrapbooking store to explore! I wish we had more choices in Christchurch.
New sources of product are always fun - hope the house renovations are coming along okay!!
