- Having my brother and friends over for a visit on Saturday, and then the rest of the family on Sunday
- Finally getting my nephews and hubbie's Christmas present actually booked (they got vouchers for a 4WD course. They go in July
- Singing with my Godson on the phone, he's just two, mmmm so cute!
- Having a husband who thinks to turn on the electric blanket for me, so I have a warm bed to hop into
- Having a great student teacher at work
- Having the fire engine/firemen visit yesterday. I love their odd sense of humour, really appeals to me. The kids love having them here, and the firemen seem to get a bit of a giggle from it too. And they're men in uniform...need I say more LOL!
- The kids being excited that they are having milo and toast for breakfast at kindergarten tomorrow. Oh, to be that easily pleased!
I'm looking forward to this weekend, I've been so busy that scrap'n hasn't had a look in the last couple of weeks. So that's this weeks plans. Got a secret, ssshhh, page swap to do, don't tell...LOL as if I would!! And if my Care2crop stuff arrives by the weekend, I'll get stuck into that too.

great list there, we had the fireman at school last year and I so hear you on the uniform and humour. Oh milo and toast I am enjoying that.
Haha I'm with Janine and you on the uniform bit.. we had firefighters at kgtn a few years ago and I mentioned to a mum that one of them was cute!!! that night the family had a fire in their chimney and called the same watch/team we had earlier in the day... the little boy F said "hey you were at my kgtn today, my teacher told mummy you were cute and mummy thought so too!!!!" F's mum was soooooo embarrassed and blushed for both of us..... lesson for the day 'children hear EVERYTHING!!! as for the milo and toast - my guys love that too - as well as making their own sandwiches!!!!
Good luck with all the scrapping over the weekend - I am keen to do some too with my goodies from you and my runner up prize from the Tarisota competition.... I'm itching to use them all

Definitely something about a man in uniform isn't there, but firepeople are just the best when it comes to taking time to talk to children. They never brush them off and make them feel so special. We had an engine come out here when we had a faulty alarm and they took the kids (and the biggest kid Leo) for a spin in the truck. Our smoke alarm is connected to an alarm company because of all the deaf people in this house so they come even if its a false alarm - which Ash found when she burnt a pot of noodles (major blush blush) lol
Ohhhh Trace - whos the kid here. We all love milo and toast. As for the fireman bet there were a few mums hanging around as well.

Must admit there is something about men in uniforms - and I havent had milo and toast in years - might try that one in the weekend on the kids!
