My Holiday Job!

Aren't they such 'South Island' shots, you just can't get that clarity anywhere else! And yep, one day I'll get around to doing layouts using them...I'll just add them to the other couple of thousand or so photos LOL!

There we were driving off down to the bottom of the North Island last week, when the cellphone rang, "Auntie, when you come back will you give me, Frankie, and Freddie a scrapbooking lesson?" Now, how could you resist that, so I made up a little kit, and they added in another tween and lo and behold here is the result!

They did a layout, a card for Mother's day and a tag. I also gave them all a mini book to take home and play with. I look forward to seeing what they come up with!

I'm off to work tomorrow, setting up ready for the kids to come back next week. It's one of the coolest bits of the job, because everything is changed around, the kids come in wide eyed and all excited, ready to explore again, and since it's winter we make lots of little cosy nooks, using lots of textured fabric, so all in all it's a fun day for us teachers!

Love those photos Trace your right you just can't get those views in the North Island. Beautiful. Love what the girls created, love how they all did something different from each other. Enjoy your day in at work on Friday.

But what happened to the kindergarten teacher bit? Those are stunning photos - and yes definitely SI shots. I used to love changing my classroom around in the holidays. One year I made a huge spiders web in the reading corner... oh and one time I made a rock pool. Looks like you are a natural scrapbooking teacher too.
