Full on weekend!

I've been so busy the last couple of weeks, you know when life kind of takes over...So this weekend I was determined to get stuck into some scrapbooking. Yesterday I got my page swap done, and am rather pleased with it, hope the person who gets it back likes it too! I cleaned out a couple of drawers of supplies (I couldn't do the rest, need more coke for that job!) and now my clip it up is looking healthy. It's great, there were quite a few things I forgot I had, mmm sad but true LOL! Also got a couple of work things done and finally cleaned out my bathroom cupboard (so why do we save so many half used tubes of stuff then???). Not anymore, kaput, they're gone! Oh yeah, we've also brought all the new appliances ready for the kitchen renovation, it's been a while hunting for something affordable but nice (and of course practical), so finally settled on something, with Harvey Norman's doing us a good deal.

Today, I have done the Friday night challenge for Scrapbook Essentials (thanks Janine). The sketch challenge at http://littleshopofsketches.wordpress.com/ (thanks Tanya, Vicki and Jules). And the Friday night challenge at http://www.sketchbooknz.com/ (thanks Megan). PHEW!

Tonight we are off to dinner and the movies. I don't go the movies much, not a great fan of sitting in front of the big screen, but there's free tickets involved...can't let them go to waste! I think we are seeing 'What happen's in Vegas' which is meant to be good for a giggle.

I too had a "helper" like that today when cleaning up my scrapping supplies. Except mine was miffed that she couldn't lie all over my tool bag!

Love your pages, you have been a busy girl, AND cleaning/tidying as well, well done. Love the movies, don't like the price to get in, but that Vegas one looks good, saw the previews the other day. You will have to give us a review.

haha what is it with pets and them 'helping' you... mine has a pile of 'spare' scrap supplies that she plays with... helping me tidy is how she gains these toys.... enjoy the movie - haven't heard of it... I am with angela - hate the price of the movies so wait for the dvds to come .....

Ooooh that reminds me, we have free tickets that have to be used up by the end of May. Love your layouts, you've been busy fitting in tidying and scrapping. The one for The Sketch Book caught my eye in the gallery thumbnails - quite stunning, might have to scraplift you. Enjoy your night out.
