This week.

Here's my last weeks entry into the Scrappin Patch competition.

I'm not usually into such bright colours, however the star for the week is, so where she leads, we follow lol.

Been a busy old weekend, full of good stuff. Saturday Vicki and I visited a very cool craft market, where we could have kept loading up our bag with lots of very neat stuff. Everything from dog collars, to soap, clothes to hobby horses. All beautifully hand made, and the way in which each stall presented their products was a sight to behold. Janine, we did comment that we thought you would have loved it ;-)

We've also been busy painting in Donnas house. Great to see some 'concrete' progress. I know the drainlayer's been and I know the sparky is on the way, but they aren't half as interesting (but are a lot mroe important lol), than seeing paint on the walls! And on the arms, legs, feet, in the hair....LOL.

We are now over half way through the term...on the downhill run. Winter officially starts on Friday. We've had warm northwesterly winds today and the washing all got dried on the line and we were painting in shorts and t-shirts. It made us think back to when we first shifted down, which was May, three years ago. Our second day in the house and we had sleet and snow flurries. This time last year and we would have been in the middle of the Tasman heading home from our Aussie cruise. Funny what you talk about when painting walls.

Have a fabulous week. I'm off to get fish and chips for tea, followed by time in the scraproom.

How about paint on the dogs too? Don't they help? LOL!
We've got rain here today but mild temps, can't wait till winter comes & goes again!

Hey you didn't mention all our scrappy supplies we got. LOL. Definitely a market worth going to thats for sure. I've even checked out some of those stalls online now too. LOL. Yep, paint is much more exciting than drains and electrics. :)

Painting makes it feel more real doesn't it. I bet Donna is very excited. Wow at your weather. To me it seems like winter has flown by. Now that market sounds fab and Vicki mentioned some of the scrappy goodies you got.
