May...

Isn't this stunning? A couple of houses down from us has a pond, and as I drove to work last week this is what it looked like:

Those ducks aren't on it today though, wonder where they went??? (Duck shooting season started yesterday in case you didn't know lol).

Last week saw my uncle and aunt come and stay so very little happend on the computer or in the scrap room. However we've spent this weekend continuing to play on toys. This weekends one is called a Dingo. Much easier to drive than a digger, I tell you! I think it's because it has wheels as opposed to tracks. I couldn't really get my head around how the cab of the digger went one way, while the tracks were pointing in a different direction. That was doing my head in LOL.

For those of you who haven't been to our place, this dusty brown bit used to have gardens in it. It's now a blank canvas, and we shall start again. The gardens were never put in well in the first instance so were really hard to keep looking good. Hopefully spending the time and the money to do them properly will pay off in the long run.

Some updated photo's of the piggies and the cows.

There's that old saying 'you gotta be in to win'. If you'd like a chance at winning some stash, and you'd also like some lovely scrapping inspiration, then head over to Annelie's blog and check out her post.

I did mean to get this layout up in time for the Scrapbox fortnightly challenge (it was on "Summer") and the lovely Brenda won it, but didn't manage that ;-) here it is anyway.

Right, the hubby is calling. We have cows to shift lol. Have a great week people.
