Look at this tuckered out wee dog. I have been at the small dog park this morning and they had a wonderful time. Archie has a new trick, he rolls around, and around in the beautiful autumn leaves...and then they stick to you lol. Kind of looked like the scary leaf monster running around the dog park ;-)

I haven't taken any photos of Tui for a while so here she is, doing what cat's do best - being nosy (oh that and sleeping lol).

Remember these things? I have heaps of tapes from the last twenty years of teaching, many of them are still great, but most of us use an Ipod or C.D's for our song collections now. So I brought a machine, that uses a USB and you can record your tapes onto your computer and save them how you see fit. Trouble is they record in real time. Most tapes are forty five minutes. I'm going to be doing this for a very long time lol.

Many of you have been asking for an update on Donna's house. We ran out of gib, and have now got some more, so the gibbing is nearly finished, the door frames, skirting boards, etc are all nearly up and then the stopper will come in. The kitchen has arrived. Drains are being dug. Fortunately we don't have to have any time limits on getting things done by, so this all gets fitted into everything else that goes on in life.

We've been ripping out our garden (with plans to put in a new one, different shape and easier to look after). As part of this we put in four new veggie gardens. We love our vegies, and anything we don't eat the piggies will.

Back to the tapes I go...
