January's nearly gone!

You asked for it, here's the piggies accomodation!

It's not easy getting photos in there, as they are nosy wee critters who must come and find out what your doing, get a belly rub and check if you've brought food. Not necessarily in that order lol. As you can see the matress is now on the floor, much easier for them that the actual bed.

This morning a lovely catch up was had with Brenda (and her gorgeous grandson Blake), Vicki and Heidi. We even had a little excitement (no, not a shake!), but sitting there chatting and the fire alarm decided to go off, and as the Vicki noticed the staff were leaving the building it was deemed that we'd better as well ;-) However it turned out to be just a malfunction in the alarm system and all was well and back to normal, shortly after.

We don't get thuderstorms down our way very often. Last week we had our second in three years. The kids at work were way more excited about having a thunderstorm 'at their place' than the ten thousand earthquakes we've had (they don't rate a mention now lol). I love how they think they were the only ones to see/feel/hear it - they are so suprised to find out the same happened to others ;-)

Oh how I would love to capture the fork lightening with my camera, but I think it's not quite up to that job...

Well not much has been happening scrappy wise, so I'm thinking I should get off here, and get into my scrap room!

Have a fabulous week.
