Latest additions to the menagerie!
Yep, that's the madness that exists at our house at the moment. We picked up the new piglets on Thursday night, and two hours later they had escaped lol. They hadn't gone far, but we had no way of fixing their 'paddock' Thursday night, so they came into the fenced front lawn, where Darcy and Danny were intrigued but more than happy with them. Archie wasn't quite sure what on Earth was happening, and Tui thought they were dogs and would only come inside for the night, via a window on the other side of the house (with her tail bushed out and faster than a speeding bullet!).
Their housing is now secure, and they have settled in very well. Over the weekend we've taught them to sit on command. Clever wee beasties they are. They say they're as smart as dogs...
These abound, around these parts at the moment. Lots of roadside stalls selling them. Lots of roadside stalls selling asparagus as well. Just love paeony roses - they hold a special place in my heart, as they were Mum's favourite, but of course could never be grown in Auckland's warmth and humidity.
I've finished a couple of the layouts that were half done at the Scrappin Patch birthday crop. Here's one of them. The other one isn't good enough to even make it onto here lol. One to go and then they're all done.
Donna's house is toddling along well. The spouting is up. So is some other stuff that I don't know the name of lol. Good that it just keeps on ticking away getting built, no stress involved.
Have a fabulous week everyone.
