The Festival Of Flowers.
Aren't they just gorgeous? This weekend we've been out visiting the Festival of Flowers and Chinese New Year. I guess they don't call Christchurch the Garden City for nothing...
Of course being Christchurh and all, the portaloo's couldn't miss out on the action :-) Some of them sure have had a fair bit of work put into them.
And of course I couldn't walk past this guy without taking a photo for a certain giraffe mad person...you know who you are!
Now this was one cool lion. He would flutter those gorgeous eyes of his, and wink at the odd person. Very cute. And even funnier was that on the way out of the gardens we caught up with the lads who had done the lion dance and they were taking photos of the lion 'eating' the topiary penguins. I guess you had to be there...LOL.
And finally, a layout from me. This one is for Project Life, all about my Friday dog walking with Vicki and Brody. It also met Mandy's PL page on Facebook in which you had to do a layout featuring a photo of yourself.
Have a great week everyone

Gorgeous pics of the flowers and outhouses. Sounds like a good weekend and your LO is great - Always good to scrap yourself.
Great photos for your PL album. You sure are getting out and about this year. :)

Those flowers are just beautiful and too funny about the porta loos!! I like how you are doing full LOs for PL too. Good idea.
How is it I never seem to know whats going on in my own city?! Somehow I don't think we will ever forget our home made toilet experiences - those look very cool though!
Gosh your layout is nice, I wish I could do 'clean' layouts, they just never look right :(
Those flowers are so beautiful - I love all the colours. And I have to say the portaloos are quite beautiful too, although that's an odd sentence really!! A beautiful toilet! But they look very cool.
